Specific purpose: to organize a cricket league and to teach adults and youth how to play.

• No substantial part of our activities involves lobbying or political campaigning.
• Assets are irrevocably dedicated to charitable and educational purposes.
• Upon dissolution, remaining assets go to a similar 501(c)(3).
